About you

• Certificate III in Sport, Aquatics, and Recreation or relevant experience.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work well with youth, the broader community, and as part of a team.
• Current C Class Driver’s licence and required checks (Working with Children Check/Ochre Card, Provide First Aid Certificate)

The Sports and Swimming Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in managing the profitable, safe and efficient operation of the Sports and Swimming Centre (SSC), with the centre open for School and private hire activities 7-days per week, across the entire year. This includes:

• The WestSwim Swim School program (attended by 1100+ swimmers);
• Commercial clients using the indoor courts, pool (lane hire) and other facilities outside of times required by the School; and
• Westminster School students and families in respect of its curricular and co-curricular programs.

Kelly Sports is a ChildSafe organisation and the largest provider of Sports Programs and Clinics for school aged children in Australia.  Kelly Sports goal is to enhance each child’s physical education and wellbeing by providing expert coaching over a wide range of sports including Cricket, Basketball, Athletics, Softball, Volleyball, Tennis, Lacrosse , AFL, Soccer, Netball, Hockey, Badminton, Table Tennis, Dance and much more.
