Over an 18 year period, Mark became one of Australia’s most successful players in world tennis.

Mark achieved a singles ranking high of 19, defeating such luminaries as Agassi, Sampras, Courier, McEnroe, Connors and Lendl.

Woodforde captured 17 Grand Slams overall which included his first us Open Title with john McEnroe, and his first Wimbledon victory alongside Martina Navratilova in mixed. Mark participated in 3 Davis Cup Finals. The Olympics produced a Gold Medal in Atlanta and a Silver Medal in Sydney.

Partnering Todd Woodbridge, The Woodies won 67 ATP Titles and 11 Grand Slams to become one of the most successful doubles teams in history. Woodforde won all 4 Grand Slams in doubles and mixed doubles.

Mark is a member of the International and Australian Tennis Hall of Fame, the Sport Australia Hall of Fame and 3-time winner of the South Australian Sports Star of the Year.
