Known affectionately as “Lefty”, Lyn Fullston represented Australia both in Cricket and Netball, as well as representing South Australia in Soccer and Football.

She had a 15 year, 123 match cricket career for South Australia but her greatest achievements were left for the international stage.

As a left arm orthodox bowler and left hand bat, in her 12 Test career she took 41 wickets at an average of 25.52 and compiled 285 runs at an average of 31.66. She passed away in 2008, still holding the World Record for most wickets taken in World Cup matches.
