Hayden Stoeckel

A proud South Australian from Berri, Hayden made his mark as one of Australia’s leading backstroke swimmers on the international stage. His Olympic debut at Beijing 2008 saw him claim bronze in the 200m backstroke and bronze in the 4x100m medley relay, before adding silver in the medley relay at London 2012.

Known for his calm composure and technical mastery in the pool, Hayden was a key member of the Australian swim team for more than a decade. Beyond his achievements, he continues to contribute to sport and community in regional South Australia, inspiring future generations of athletes to chase their goals.
