Kelly Hamlyn
Kelly Hamlyn is a dedicated community advocate committed to supporting and empowering people within the neurodiverse and disability communities. With a professional background in accounting and audit, Kelly has worked in both industry and academia, teaching Accounting and Audit at the university level before shifting her focus toward advocacy and community development.
A passionate believer in the power of sport to create connection, confidence, and belonging, Kelly works to develop and expand inclusive sporting programs that increase opportunities for people with a disability. She is driven by the belief that everyone deserves access to meaningful, community-based sport that aligns with their interests and individual needs.
Outside her professional work, Kelly is a proud and busy mother of three energetic boys. In her spare time, she loves diving down new “rabbit holes” of interest, catching up with friends over coffee, and building LEGO creations with her children.
Kelly’s blend of professional expertise, teaching experience, lived experience, and personal passion fuels her commitment to building more inclusive, accessible, and sustainable pathways in community sport.
